Mind-Craft is provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular academic result, improvement, admission outcome, or test score.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us promptly at mindcraft.intel@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• violate any law or regulation;
• infringe or misappropriate intellectual property or other rights;
• copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data without our prior written permission;
• use bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated means to access the Service;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers;
• attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures;
• upload malicious code or harmful content;
• cheat, manipulate results, or misuse learning tools;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• post unlawful, abusive, harassing, or threatening content.

You retain ownership of content you submit or store. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and use your content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Service.

The Service and its content — software, design, branding, lessons, exercises, word lists, and other materials — is owned by Mind-Craft or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit the Service or its content.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

If we offer subscriptions or paid features, additional billing terms may apply. Except as required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Service in an unauthorized way. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

The Service may integrate with third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Mind-Craft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mind-Craft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue. Total liability will not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts you paid in the prior twelve months; or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mind-Craft and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version with a revised Effective Date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
